A total of 20 service hours are required per each family.
Service hours can be fulfilled by volunteering time in activities, projects or maintenance at the school. Service hours may also be earned by donating needed items to the school.

Parents are responsible for submitting a “Service Hour Voucher” (available in the office) each time hours are completed.
Parents donating items requested by the teacher for service hours must provide a printed receipt for every $10 spent.
Parents / Guardian please maintain a personal log of completed services to refer to throughout the year. Families will receive periodic reports on completed service hours.
Please make a copy before turning in your vouchers.
Half of the twenty service hours should be completed by mid December.
All service hours must be submitted to the school office by the end of May in order to receive proper credit.
Any service hours not completed by the end of May will be billed to the students FACTS account.
